In Britain music was
developing and was formed with modern
jazz had been influenced by American bebop with upcoming artists such as John Dankworth. Rock’N’Roll is a convergence of Rhythm and Blues and Country. Whilst music was growing technology was also developing allowing artists to film music videos advertising the genre more quickly.

1960s

1970s
In the 1970s music videos were now
being shown on television channels
such as TOP of the POPs. During this
time there were still no music videos as
such. Music artists performed live on
shows such as Top of the pops and countdown. AC/DC - Australian rock band formed in 1973 their genre hard rock, which became very popular in the 70’s this developed from Rock’n’Roll.
